To inform and support my art practice, I am in the process of becoming a certified life coach. I'll admit that I, more than anyone, was skeptical at first: What does a life coach do exactly anyway?

After many months of training and working with clients, what I have found is that coaching actually fits in perfectly with my vision of being an artist and teacher. I'm more curious than ever about how and when we reveal our authentic selves, and coaching gives me the opportunity to work with people at that level to explore their deepest desires and figure out how to make them come true.
